The birth of plenty, is the title of an exiting book, that brings a rich voyage of the steady path of creation of nation wealth.

With examples from different horizons, basically the west experience, William Bernstein, the author, had summarized that the wealth of nation is possible when four conditions are fulfilled:

Property rights respected

Scientific rationalism prevail in public discourse

Flourish of capital market to invest the saving

Basic infrastructure namely transport and communication

As Bernstein says: “Not until all four of these factors are in place can a nation prosper”
